Nisin graduated from the Department of Fine Arts, National Taiwan University of Arts, and has been creating comic works themed on social issues. Nisin manages a Facebook fan page known as NisinSheep, where she publishes comic works that portray the real life and resonate with her readers. Her works include Feuerwehr, Diary of Rookie Pigeon Police and Baseball Life.
